From Bagel to Bae is an advertising campaign for Coffee Meets Bagel, built around the insight that meaningful connections aren't formed through scrolling but built through conversation. The campaign introduces an in-app feature where matched users collaboratively build a virtual bagel by chatting and unlocking icebreaker games every 50 messages, earning real-life rewards upon completion. The campaign extended into a physical partnership with Two Men Bagel House, where singles could build their own bagel using an ingredient list mapped to personality traits, and was rolled out across social media and video advertisements.
